Never disappoints!
I cannot say enough about the team at MCH! They have cared for our fur- babies for over 10 years. The Dr’s and staff genuinely care and go above and beyond!
I've taken my animals to MCAH since I moved to the community in 1999. They have never failed to meet my highest expectations. Just recently I had my dog in for an apparent leg injury. Three days later I received a phone call just to check up on him. And that has happened on several occasions in the past. I would not take my babies anywhere else!
Mallard Creek has cared for our fur babies for almost 40 years, most recently compassionately guiding us through the end-of-life process of our 12+ year-old lab. They truly treat your pet like a member of their family.
We started taking our 2 pups to Mallard Creek Animal Hospital since 2000. We now only have 4 dogs and they continue to care for our pups! From the staff at the front desk, techs & veterinarians, they have a truly, genuine and sincere love for all pets. We also operated a dog daycare/boarding facility for 9.5 years and highly recommend many customers this practice for their veterinary needs!
We take our dogs and cat here and love this place. Dr. Johnson is amazing but today my cat saw Dr. Duckwall who was also very knowledgeable. I highly recommend either of these vets. My only complaint is the lady who sits in the back office who tried to help the lady at the front desk today. She was very rude to me which I did not appreciate. The two ladies at the front desk were extremely nice and helpful....maybe the lady in the back just needs to learn from the two up front or stay in the back!
I’ve been taking all my pets to Mallard Creek Animal Hospital since we moved down to the Charlotte area from NYC in early 2008. They have taken care of our many pets during their early years all the way through to hugging us when we had to say goodbye to three of them. We particularly love Dr. Johnson; her love for animals and her compassion for both pet parents and their furry family members is unparalleled.
Dr Johnson is the most kind, loving, animal lover I've ever encountered. When my baby had to be sent to heaven, Dr Johnson did it with such patience, gentleness and with love.
