RecommendedAll of the staff is caring and professional. They are always polite, friendly and a pleasure to work with. Our dog, Lily is almost 15 years old and I can say that it is because of the great care she has received through the years.
I love this clinic. Wonderful staff and easy to make same day appointment if needed. Friendly, welcoming and helpful. Will surely miss Dr. Duckwall as he is retiring. He has been giving excellent care to my almost 20 year old kitty. He always considers all aspects of what is going on and has helpful advice.
The vets and staff are so caring and absolutely show it. They also read out the vet's notes from the visit when you go to check out, so you know exactly what they observed and what they recommend. It's a very clean office, too.
We have been taking our dogs here for years. We love the knowledgeable and caring staff. Dr Johnson and Dr Ponce have been our main vets, and we can't say enough good things about them! When we have had an emergency, and they were not available, the other vets were great also. All of the staff care about our pets, and do whatever they can to make them feel at ease and comfortable.
We just moved to Charlotte from Denver,CO and were a bit anxious about finding a new vet for our two dogs. Dr. Johnson was an absolute dream! She sat down with both our dogs and let them warm up to her and earned their trust before examining them or giving their vaccines. She was so helpful and loving to both our dogs. I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone looking for a good vet clinic! All the ladies at the front desk were so friendly and helpful as well!

The staff and and vets are caring and professional. They go out of their way to make sure my dogs get the best treatment . I have a special needs dog and Dr. Ponce is very knowledgeable about her condition and how to treat her.
