RecommendedMallard Creek Animal Hospital has been great. We recently moved to Charlotte earlier this summer and needed a new veterinarian for our dogs. About a month ago our older dog was so ill and it was time to end his suffering. We received very fast help and the staff was incredibly thoughtful during his end of life procedure. Even as we’re practicing social distancing the staff continue to be friendly & professional. Dr. Pence took the time to update me on my pets health and then willing to answer any questions I had about my cats wellbeing. 🐾
Great staff and doctors who really care about animals.
My rescue, Buddy, is very skittish around vets. Dr. Johnson and the staff at Mallard Creek are kind and very gentle around him. Dr. Johnson sits on the floor with Buddy and rubs his belly (his favorite thing!!), gives him baby hot dogs, etc. while we talk. They are amazing. Buddy actually looks forward to going now.
We've gone to Mallard Creek Animal Hospital since 1990. Dr. Fluke is the best! Even after moving farther away and trying to find a vet closer to where we live, we've gone back to Dr. Fluke as she seems to be able to diagnose our dogs or cats when no one else can.
Everything, the Vets and techs are GREAT
We have been clients for 35 years because everyone there is is interested in keeping our pet healthy. Always straight, intelligent answers and caring attitude keep us with them even after moving out of their market area.
The friendly care they give our dogs...and their owners. The competence of their whole staff is extraordinary.
I have taken my cats to their practice for 20+ years. Excellent care, excellent customer service. We miss Dr Duckwall but will continue with their other wonderful vets!
