Vroom Vroom Gooood! I bought a used Trailblazer SS from Mall Chevy last month. They offered me way more than other dealerships for my trade and it was certifed so my warrenty was outstanding!!!
Horrible Experience!! I searched the web for days after I had my bad experience with these creeps and finally today I found some other reviews by dissatisfied customers of this place! I bought my car in Sept 06 and had repeated probs with it - Always the same symptoms - They told me it was the TCM at first and then next time it went in it was the fuel pump - etc...The 2nd time they couldn't find a problem... No Pressure I was looking for an Equinox and the dealerships around me barely had any. I went to Mall Chevrolet and they had a wide variety of 2010 and 2011 and were even able to tell me when more would be arriving. I ended up getting one of the 2010 they had. They were easy to work with and didn't pressure me.
Suprisingly Pleased! Despite the bad reviews I've read, Mall Chevrolet had the used vehicle I was interested in. I decided to give it a shot even though most of the reviews told me not to even give them a try. When I arrived I was greated at the door by a very nice man. He sat me down offered me coffee and asked what I was interested in. After having the vehicle pulled up he went over everything about it and we went for a test drive. not the right shade in to different occasions i visited the dearship.. frist i went was after work. I walked to the vechile i was instersted in and waited to see if some would come out to help me and noone did. so i left..two weeks later i went to the dealership again..same thing happen again.. but this time while walking back to my car with my son another couple drove up and proceed to look at car and write away a sales person came out and right away offered them some assisant..i was like i can believe what just happen..so ... read more
