Chevy OH No I came across this place when I was looking for a place to take my car to. I wish i had never walked in the door. After my car was serviced with them, it ended up having more problems than it did before. I took it to someone else and they told me that the mechanics here, had tampered with my car. Beware if you go here because in my case, they were out to make more money.
Enough with the race card First off, I had no problems when I bought a car brand new from here. To the Latino guy, I went back to the dealship a few years later and was looking at the cars and was approched by no one at all. I was walking back to my car and seen a salesman come out and start helping a family that came after me. I thought that sucked. I am white so color don't ALWAYS have something to do with it. CHRIST, enough with the race card already.
Vroom Vroom Gooood! I bought a used Trailblazer SS from Mall Chevy last month. They offered me way more than other dealerships for my trade and it was certifed so my warrenty was outstanding!!!
Horrible Experience!! I searched the web for days after I had my bad experience with these creeps and finally today I found some other reviews by dissatisfied customers of this place! I bought my car in Sept 06 and had repeated probs with it - Always the same symptoms - They told me it was the TCM at first and then next time it went in it was the fuel pump - etc...The 2nd time they couldn't find a problem... Suprisingly Pleased! Despite the bad reviews I've read, Mall Chevrolet had the used vehicle I was interested in. I decided to give it a shot even though most of the reviews told me not to even give them a try. When I arrived I was greated at the door by a very nice man. He sat me down offered me coffee and asked what I was interested in. After having the vehicle pulled up he went over everything about it and we went for a test drive. Pleasure to deal and do business with 7/2010 MALL Chevy was a pleasure to deal and do business with. After my very bad experience with ignorant and rude people at Pine Belt Chevy in Lakewood, NJ, I decided to try Mall Chevy. Everyone was friendly and you were treated with respect. Ask for Allan Schilling in sales. Great person. After searching the internet for a 2010 Tahoe they had the vehicle I wanted to purchase. Would definitely return or recommend this dealership. Very smooth transaction with no stress.
SCAM ARTISTS These people are nothing but SCAM artists!!! From the moment I walked through the door, they offered poor customer service. Then I signed my agreement and they called a week later tellig me my payment will not be the same and that I have to come back and sign a new agreement. Lying Scam Artists We came to purchase a car in August. Since then we've found that they lied to us on a number of fronts, costing us hundreds of dollars. Curt Baker and the rest of the staff will tell you whatever you want to hear, truth or lies, as long as it gets you to sign on the dotted line. Then, they'll call you a liar when you bring it to their attention.
