Dr. Talbert's got to improve her communication skills. When a patient or a patient's family make a comment, she needs to acknowledge the point and not just keep talking. Of course, she doesn't even have her office generate a condolence card when a patient dies (yet the hospice company did and had all of the staff sign the card).
Absolutely no common sense. I’ve seen her ~6-7 times. Most visits had to do with trying to clear her mistakes up. She works with the elderly, who I’m sure are glad for ANY attention. When a very serious mistake (on their part) was made....she was unavailable & a CLERK advised me on what to do. True story. They say her X hubby is rude & crude. I think being around her any length of time would cause that. I can tell plenty more in those #of visits , can’t imagine she actually got her license to practice!!!
