Sophie eagerly runs up the stairs to stay without any hesitation. We can go away with total peace of mind that she's in good hands and will come home without any transition issues. Our new addition Freddie had his first stay over this summer. He (and I) were a little nervous at first but as with Sophie, he did fine and by the 2nd stay eagerly ran up the stairs as well. Thank you Malibu Pet Hotel for treating our Sophie and Freddie so good!
My expectations of having my dog boarded in a dog kennel were to hope for the best and expect the worst. I just hoped that my dog would be alive and well after my 2 week vacation. She was visibily thinner, timid, and confused which is normal after having a dog boarded. It's a very stressful event to take your dog from being the center of attention with multiple long beach walks a day to being in a small fenced room with short walks and little attention. We've boarded our two large dogs here a few times now. Sometimes just over night and other times for a week. They share an over sized kennel with a couch. The staff and walkers are good people who take great care of our boys. I would recommend Malibu Pet Hotel to anyone looking to board their pets.
I am so happy with the care and love that were given to my 2 boys. I highly recommend Malibu pet hotel! <3
