Glad to find a place where I can leave my dog and feel comfortable. Love the facility, very clean the staff is wonderful and when I dropped him off I felt that he was in great hands. Picking him up confirmed it he looked very happy and well taken cared of. Will definitely be bringing him back next time I go away.
First time using Malibu pet hotel and I am very pleased with my decision . I was able to go on my family vacation without a worry in mind . It seemed like my dogs were in a vacation of their own with how nice the place is . I definitely recommend.
I have been bringing my dog to Malibu for 13 years and have been very happy with each and every stay!! They are very caring, yet strict in their policies and that is what makes them so successful. Oreo is always happy when he gets there and happy when I pick him up. I highly recommend Malibu for all dogs!
It was our first time leaving our beloved GSD, Kenji. The staff were amazing! Not only with Kenji, but with us too! Very happy and plan to return again! Thanks sooo much!
Very friendly staff and they knew we were nervous as this was the first time we used a dog service for our dog, so they suggested we call them while we were away for updates. Very pleased and would use them again 🐶🐾😃
They take care of our dogs and cats for several weeks at a time. They are very thorough in asking what our pets require and our pets are always happy to go there. We call them while we're away and they give an up to date activity statement of how they are.
