Malibu Wake-Boats are destroying Minnesota lakes. They stir up lake bottom sediment that has been there for decades ruining water clarity and killing fish and other wildlife. Loons for example build nests at water's edge and the massive waves the boats generate destroy the eggs. They will soon be regulated so consider this before dropping a hundred grand.
Malibu boats cannot be used in Switzerland because the after-sales service is a disaster and the boats produce more faults than they get operating hours on the engine. Service is non-existent. I have never experienced such unreliability and ignorance from a dealer for a product that costs several hundred thousand dollars. After two years, the downtime of my (new) Malibu outweighs the time spent sailing. If you don't want to be annoyed, steer clear of Malibu boats.
Not the best look pulling out in front of oncoming traffic while driving a vehicle that promotes the business via branded sticker & matching vanity plate. Then laying on your horn as you later go opposite directions because you can’t control your misguided road rage :(
