Saturday, 7/22/17, I called Malek to fix my AC. Someone came that day and charged me $155 for the diagnostic. I needed a 40/5 x 440v run capacitor, but apparently he didn't have one on the truck. They let me bake in my trailer until Monday. He returned and replaced the capacitor. The charge for that visit was $257. I paid Malek a total of $412 to replace a run capacitor. Thank you for your friendly service. My system went down on Thanksgiving and I had a house full of people! Malek came to my rescue and fixed everything that day. I would definitely recommend Malek to my friends and neighbors!

Friendly Staff I had them perform a tune up on my system to make sure everything was in working order and when I called, the office staff were so friendly and helpful. When the technician arrived he was very polite and insightful. I found out I actually had mold growing in my duct and was even shown a picture so I could see. He then gave me different options on how to fix it. (I didn't feel pressured or like what he was saying was rehearsed) He seemed genuinely concerned for my well being.
