We are so very disappointed in our interaction with Malek Service Company. We understood that they were giving us a quote on the worst case scenario to repair a broken outside faucet - going through the brick outside the house; they claim that it was a fixed price for whatever they did. So when the repair was simple and only took one hour and very few parts going through an inside cabinet, they still charged us $1,800! This is not even correct for Malek Solar!!!!! Why are you directing me to this as this is for ac services. Cannot find Malek Solar on BBB. This is a terrible company for solar. They sold us a system that took almost 4 months to get the total system running and now we have a $200+ electric bill. They sold us a system that was underrated for our home. No one will take responsibility.
