I have had numerous of great experiences with having Malek Service come out to my home. However, today was the absolute best! During my seasonal HVAC inspection ****************** took the time to explain in detail of what needed attention and also listened to any concerns I had. I will never do business with this company, I needed a water heater replaced, the water heater only costs $500.00 and they tried to charge me $6000.00 with a 6 year warranty or $2000.00 with a 2 year warranty. I purchased one myself and installed it and I have a 10 year warranty.

Friendly Staff I had them perform a tune up on my system to make sure everything was in working order and when I called, the office staff were so friendly and helpful. When the technician arrived he was very polite and insightful. I found out I actually had mold growing in my duct and was even shown a picture so I could see. He then gave me different options on how to fix it. (I didn't feel pressured or like what he was saying was rehearsed) He seemed genuinely concerned for my well being. My unit quit cooling less than 4 years after Malek installed the new system. I troubleshot the system and determined the blower motor, specifically the electronic controller module(ECM), attached to the blower motor went out. I called Malek on a Monday morning to check on the warranty. I was pleased to find out that it had a 10 year parts warranty. They scheduled to come out right after lunch that same day. I asked them not to come unless they bring a blower motor, but I was told they have to come out to diagnose the problem... read more
