After living here for 4 years, and going through several management companies, Windsor has made the property shine. The staff in the leasing office (especially Tim) is excellent, as well as the cleaning and maintenance team. Thank yoU!
Verified Renter Leasing manager, Tim, is attentive and responds to inquiries quickly. The grounds and amenities at Malden Station are great. The only comment is the hallway carpets are a bit dirty and not as maintained as rest of the grounds. Perhaps, remove carpet and show exposed cement like on first floor.

Going on our second year! We love this place. It was my first home moving from Phoenix and I needed something ASAP so I signed here without touring the units- just seeing the outside (office was closed for Easter). I was nervous but everything worked out. Aside from our unit being very clean, the gym, clubhouse, and pool area is always kept clean. We rarely ever have trouble with parking.
