Verified Renter Malden Station is a great place to live. The management is so nice and courteous. Malden Station is in the heart of Downtown Fullerton. It is well kept and the maintenance staff is fast and efficient. I love the big awesome gym and the beautiful swimming pool. Everything is with in walking distance. I like walking to my favorite shops and restaurants. I wouldn't want to live any where else. I am a very happy resident of Malden Station.
Verified Renter Community management and staff are AWESOME - very helpful and responsive. I love my apartment and that I am walking distance to coffee shops and restaurants. What is extremely concerning however is security on the property. There should be a dedicated security guard on the premises, PERIOD.
