Tim & Lucas were very responsive & everything was all set when we moved in clean unit, keys, gate fob, mailroom codes, parcelpending, welcome letter, etc. Maintenance was also easily available for the minor repairs needed. If only the train sounds would go away, its a perfect place :) Thank you!
