I went to look at a car and left my application.... after 3 days of me calling them and being told over and over they will call me back in 5 min i finally got an answer that my application was denied!! The sales man nvr ran my application but just didnt like i was goin with no down payment and told me they needed 4k down. Credit score doesnt show any inquiry.

Hi Kevin, I'm sorry but we were trying to get you approved, we ran your credit on the same day you came, we always go over the credit with the customers. The down payment is required by the bank based on the credit, if the credit qualifies, the bank will finance with no money down, and in your case your credit does not qualify for no down payment. Nice people, great service. I didn't finance with them but they got everything ready for my bank and contacted my insurance agent.
They called me back. I did not end up buying a vehicle . I found something for less.. They are prompt and professional.
The car had a rebuilt title!!! They called me and said it had a rebuilt title, so I said thank-you!!
The best dealer I have ever been to. I have been to different dealership to buy a car for the first time and all I got was the run around but when I went to Malden Auto Brokers they made me feel so good about the car I was looking at let me test drive the car which really made me feel comfortable now I got the car I always wanted and there service is great I will always buy a car from them with no problem I will never go to another dealer again I'm only going to Malden Auto Brokers thank you so much
