Worst rental experience EVER! Ann M****** and her associates rented a townhome to me and my family that had a faulty hot water heater, drafty front door, freezing basement, dirty shower on the lower level, dirty stove/oven, etc. When we went to view the home, she was cleaning it herself and we should have known then that something was wrong.
