If I had the option of leaving zero stars I would. The 1 star will have to represent the website as the only good experience. I ordered sympathy flowers for a funeral on Thursday for the one-day delivery. The delivery was to occur on Friday, 1 day ahead of the funeral. The order was never delivered, and I never received a confirmation email of the order being delivered. I ordered flowers online for a friend's funeral. (I live in a different city.) The amount didn't hit my credit card until a week later, then about two weeks later the amount was refunded. I called and a woman said that, "they must have not been able to make the delivery so the amount was refunded." I don't know who 'they' is, but my flowers were not delivered and I didn't even find out until I looked at my credit card statement.
I ordered flowers for my wife to celebrate our 31st wedding anniversary. The flowers were never delivered nor did Malan contact me to explain why they were not being delivered. I was extremely disappointed and ended up buying flowers from another location. No one answered the phone when I called to speak to the manager and their voicemail was full. I wish I had read the other reviews before ordering. Don't make the same mistake.
