Authentic, tasty, affordable!
Truly such a hidden gem, would love for everyone else to be able to try Mak902. Was pleasantly surprised by an inital discovery through a food delivery app. The makgeoli (rice wine) is awesome with rotational local flavours (haskap berry, cherry etc.). The food is delicious and the value for quantity + quality is incredible - which is honestly rare in the city. Much love to the owners of the shop and wish that more people knew about this place!
I bought two bottles of makgeoli, one is original and the other is cherry flavour. It was really great! I didn’t have a chance to try their food, but I would love to go back again. The owner said they will start selling their rice wine at NSLC soon. Can’t wait!
Stopped by while I was getting some work done on my bike next door, the food was incredible and the service was excellent! Will be coming here again :)
