Today, March 3, 2018 I received in the mail, (U.S. Mail) in my mail box an envelope addressed to myself. After opening said item I found two (2) sheets of typed correspondent, from Majestic Home Loan. The letter head of page one (1) has a logo in the top right corner of the page. After weeks of talks I received an email stating loan was approved so I went ahead with loan , they sent a appraiser and charged me 725. Put my acct in negative. Cost me loads of money. Then they declined the loan, even if they would have told there was a chance of being denied I would have stopped it there. If they hadn't said I was approved I wouldn't have ordered building matrrials. Do not trust them, they are a hoax.

After 3 1/2 MONTHS of being told we were APPROVED NUMEROUS times and being passed on from one agent to another for a total of 5 agents, were sere denied. We were instructed to get an appraisal, a foundation certificate which was only approved after $3400 worth of new skirting was put on our manufactured home),an elevation certificate and flood insurance.
