This company is horrible! A person named Robert asked for our info and said once he gets it, it will only take a few hours to get a credit decision. I got him the info 7/1/19. I didn’t hear from him so after a week, I emailed him twice and left him a vm. No response. I called and complained so the receptionist transferred me to another person named Samuel. My husband and I do not have the best credit. However, we have definitely came a mighty long way with our credit from where we were. My husband is self employed and makes more than enough to qualify for a home loan, even if the interest rate is slightly high. These guys are the best! After all the false promises and getting the run around from half a dozen different companies we had given up hope of getting our house refinanced. Then Cynthia from Majestic called and we skeptically started the process. She was very reassuring, honest, patient and prompt. The process was actually very smooth and surprisingly quick.
