Awning measurement taken 8/8, WE expressed concern re: pitch of awning over front door due to size.."not a problem"..when the awnings arrived, we ordered 2, 1 for front door & 1 for side door--the front door could not open due to pitch of awning. LOVED the fabric & installers were very nice But TO DATE we are still having a problem. Majestic took the awning we were replacing and TRIED to duplicate it, now we have awning with NO PITCH, pretty much flat. Worried that it'll hold water, snow & ice, not good. Delivery and installation was quick and satisfactory. Awning looks great.
The contractor did a very good job replacing my awning. There was a dark spot on the valance which they took care of immediately. We are pleased with the end result and would use them again in the future.
