The Sales person, Ken, was professional and knowledgeable. He also didn't try to sell us add-ons. Had lots of fabrics to choose from and the awning is sturdy. The installers were very professional.
They installed my first awning 14 years ago. I had them back to replace the canvas. Super job, some product.
