Majestic Awning did fantastic work. I would gladly hire them again.
Enjoyed working the the salesman, who had a large selection of fabrics to choose from. The workers were in and out.
Purchased many years ago and salesman (who no longer works for company) gave me some incorrect information. Awning length was too long and cannot withstand a heavy breeze (despite salesman's assurance it was ok to >10 mph). After a few years, awning bracket and metal end bar was bent. Company insisted it was not covered under warranty, but their replacement was designed differently from the original and was easily able to withstand more stress. very prompt and efficient
Salesman Ken's presentation was excellent and there was a great selection of styles and fabrics. He took a lot of time, explained every detail and answered all of our questions. Installation was on schedule. Only hiccup was warehouse neglected to send awning hood with the installers so they had to return another day. On the day of their return, they arrived approximately 6 hours late because they were quadruple booked according to the installer. Other than that, everything was fine. Awning looks great!
Had a large motorized awning installed over our deck and got 2 estimates. Majestic's price was less than a competitor and they had a fabric that looked custom made for our house. Installation was even quicker than promised. Customer service got 4 stars instead of 5 because the electrician they recommended didn't bother to return 2 calls and I got no response from Ken when I called to let him know. I found my own electrician and the Majestic service rep he called to ask a question of was very helpful.
The installers didn't arrive until 6:45 PM. The weather was threatening to rain. They did the installation in an hour and had little time to talk to me. Showed me the remote and how it worked and left. My call to the office to ask for an itemized bill and a written copy of paper work about the remote have gone unanswered.

Trying to schedule the actual installation wasn't an easy process if you weren't available on their first date.
