Been lied to multiple times. The dishwasher has went down multiple times. There is a rat infestation. This place sucks
I am new to the area and found out about this place by accident while riding the Sunrail. I decided to check them out and everyone was friendly and pleasant I work from home so the business center would be ideal for my conference calls. It’s a shame that I didn’t find out about them sooner but my lease ends in May and will relocate here!
I haven't once felt the office crew cared about us. Except for when we first toured the place. Once we moved in, we were garbage to them. They get annoyed any time we go down to ask a question. I hate that. They also change employees every month so we can't get to know anyone for very long. But they all are equally as rude.
No one that works there can answer my questions. A high price, for low quality. Trust me, stay far away from this place. I wish I did.
Every little thing this apartment complex has to offer, is way beyond amazing!!!! The amenities and jaw-dropping, the community it’s set in is beautiful, and the leasing agents??? They’re literally THE BEST. Being able to “stay home” and still get out of the house at the same time, is by far my absolute favorite thing about living here. I know that there is no other place I love calling home then Maitland Station!!!
I’m loving this place!! Anthony was amazing he showed us around and took the time to tell me about the amenities that they will have soon. Really great experience I definitely recommended this place and now they are doing a month free!
