RecommendedBesides the beautiful apartment, great amenities (including the free Starbucks coffee), the customer service is UNMATCHED. From the day of my tour, I felt like I was the number one priority. I wasn’t rushed nor pressured. I told them what I was looking for & they delivered! A few days later I signed my lease, they gave me a gift bag & my keys, & the rest is history! The property is always spotless & my neighbors are quiet! So happy I chose The Parker at Maitland Station as my new home!
This truly feels like resort living! The Parker at Maitland Station rocks! The location is perfect ... just an elevator ride or a few stairs down to the SunRail and I am on my way to work. Only two blocks to the grocery store or the fabulous nearby restaurants. We love to take bike rides on the nearby trails too. From the workout room to the pool and the clubhouse, the fun never ends! Come join the easy life!
The new management company actually seems to care about their residents (which is a nice change of pace). Routine events to celebrate them residents are also a large bonus!
It’s a staycation!!! Just moved in and already it’s a great environment! Relaxing pool area and great vibe !! I would highly recommend living here to anyone who wants a great place to live!

Since new management has taken over the experience has been amazing! The new staff is friendly and very helpful. This is definitely the place to live in Maitland.
