Walked in this morning (12/16/2019) and was completely ignored by 2 leasing agents. I sat in the chair (right in front of them) for approximately 10-15 minutes. They never greeted me nor stated that they would be with me in a minute, so I got up and walked out. Unprofessional and pathetic!! SMH......

I can’t speak highly enough about the management team and their responsiveness and attention to customer service. I highly recommend The Parker to anyone looking to live at a property that is a cut above the rest. Bravo !

The Parker a great apartment complex with great staff and amenities. There is a good sized gym and pool with a very friendly, honest and attentive staff. The complex is kept clean and they hold events to provide a better sense of community! Today there are food trucks, beer and corn hole provided! How can you beat that? Come to the Parker at Maitland Station! It is a great place to live!

The new management has worked hard to clean up and upkeep the property. They are more willing to listen to concerns and come up with a solution.
We fell in love as soon as we toured the complex! The amenities are wonderful, the apartments are beautiful, and the leasing agents are amazing. We couldn't be more excited to call The Parker at Maitland Stations home.
