East Maitland Carpet Court was so bad it needs to be shared. From the start, Lee was condescending, dismissive, and outright rude. He spoke down to me as if I had no idea what I was talking about, rolled his eyes when I asked basic questions, and seemed more interested in hearing himself talk than actually helping a customer.
