East Maitland Carpet Court was so bad it needs to be shared. From the start, Lee was condescending, dismissive, and outright rude. He spoke down to me as if I had no idea what I was talking about, rolled his eyes when I asked basic questions, and seemed more interested in hearing himself talk than actually helping a customer. We Dealt With Lee to get our Flooring completed we went in with No Idea and With Lee's Experience, Knowledge and the fact that Lee Went Above and Beyond Was Second To None We Come Away Understanding What type Of Carpet We were Getting Along With Our Kitchen Flooring along With The installation Process was all so smooth Not To Mention The Pricing was extremely Resonable, We Definitely Would Not Hesitate Going Back to For Future Flooring. One star is one too many. Initially told install in six weeks for floors and shutters. That blew out by another two weeks only to have the installer turn up with no product and no idea what was going on. Another two weeks with NO COMMUNICATION from Carpet Court and I'm still waiting on a definite date for install of floors, and they have palmed us off to another company for the shutters . NEVER AGAIN!
Initial quote seemed okay. However once they completed the job at my investment units and we inspected the work, the quality and finish was appalling. Stains in carpet, edges not laid properly, loose carpet everywhere, and multiple tuffs sticking up. The unit had just been renovated, yet they tried to blame us for the final finish, which was completely false. Their installer is extremely rude and aggressive and their follow up customer service is the worst I've ever experienced. Do your self a favour and stay well clear .
