My appointment was at 11:00 am on a Saturday. From check in to check out the staff was amazing helpful and so friendly. I was assessed by NP Simpson. She listened intently and I felt heard and not rushed . She gave me an immediate plan of action for my issue as I would be flying in a few days. The wait was not long at all. I was back in my car by 12 noon & received a text message my prescriptions had been sent to my pharmacy of choice. I will highly recommend Main Street Family Care to my family and friends .
If you have atypical insurance do not come here. I wasn't even able to be seen at all because of the way this branch works. There is no desk clerk at all to assist you and the registration is done on an iPad. I filled out my information as requested and was told to wait to check in in 5 minutes. I tried checking in again and it told me to wait some more. Tried again and it said please wait. Finally one more time I finally got checked in. Nurse and Nurse Practioner were great. Very attentive and timely. listened to my history and addressed my concerns. Making appointment on line was super easy! I went here because it was going to take too long to get into my internist for a sick appointment. I was having cough and respiratory infection issues with a low fever so wanted to rule out flu, covid etc since i would be around family. I was in and out in less than an hour .
I love the experience. Incredibly nice and informative staff.
