Horrible experience today, lack of communication lies from the office team And a rude driver who had us waiting for two days but couldn’t wait 20 Minutes and follow instructions - DRIVER : Makesh Kumar, not even an employee a subbie definitely sub par
Terrible experience with Mainfreight. We spoke to them seven times to organise the delivery for the day before and confirmed that the driver would call an hour ahead — none of that happened. The driver showed up without notice, was rude and abusive, ignored clear delivery instructions, and unloaded to people who were not authorised or able to accept the delivery. After all the time we spent organising this, the lack of professionalism and communication was appalling. Would not recommend Main freight to anyone.
I pick up our overseas freight almost every week, the staff are great, friendly and efficient, nothing is ever a problem, great company.
Amazing people there helped me the best they can, I was supposed to wait till 7 morning to unload and someone came in an unloaded my load at my exact arrival which was 2am
