Mainfreight, Banksmeadow is a glorious industrial fever dream where forklifts perform interpretive dance, truck drivers reverse with ancient monk‑like confidence, and the whole building radiates “your parcel is safe with us” energy while the car park whispers “abandon hope.”

Terrible experience with Mainfreight. We spoke to them seven times to organise the delivery for the day before and confirmed that the driver would call an hour ahead — none of that happened. The driver showed up without notice, was rude and abusive, ignored clear delivery instructions, and unloaded to people who were not authorised or able to accept the delivery. After all the time we spent organising this, the lack of professionalism and communication was appalling. Would not recommend Main freight to anyone.
I pick up our overseas freight almost every week, the staff are great, friendly and efficient, nothing is ever a problem, great company.
