Our waitress was fantastic! We had been waiting to eat lunch yesterday at Silver Street Tavern. We waited a half hour to be served and waited another half hour and still no food. My husband and I got up and left. Service there is always slow. Went to Mainely Brews and had the Ahi Tuna Salad. My husband had the Taco Salad. The only reason I didn't give this place a 1* rating is because they do have a beautiful outdoor space for dining. Other than a nice patio the service was incredibly slow and the waitress was quite rude. When the food finally arrived my burger was undercooked and my fries were ice cold. Two other people that were there with me also said their food was cold. I won't be in a hurry to try this place again. This is not the first time we have had this experience dining here.
Scottish salmon was a very great meal. Post office Stout is better unstirred.

I've always had issues with the service at Mainely Brews but usually can overlook it because the food is good. However, my experience today was absolutely atrocious. Having been a server I understand that stuff happens, but it was not busy whatsoever. We ordered 2 waters and a beer and only got 1 water. I asked for it again and still never got it. Good food, friendly waitperson and quick service in a relaxing atmosphere.
Great Food, and service. Tehy had a great band there last night called Loki and friends. Wpw!!! They plasyed everything from Classic Rock and Roll to their own originals. Crowd was eally into that band. I will go to Brews again. !!!
Only reason it has a star at all is because there is no option for 0. Waited an hour and a half for food that wasn't even made right. Wasn't even busy. Service was piss poor and were rude when we complained about the wrong food. Lost my business and I usually spend about 60 bucks when go to resturants
