Bartender took nearly 10 minutes to take an order from customers at the bar (it wasn’t busy), had to look at the beer list to figure out which “house” beers were which, then discovered the draft system was broken so no beers could be poured - but all the other employees already knew it. If you’re a “brew house” it’s pretty basic to have beer on draft, and if you’re the bartender you should know if something is broken.
This restaurant has always had great food, but incredibly slow and disconnected service. We went in yesterday though and had the greatest experience. Our waitress was prompt and seemed to actually care. I hope this is a new trend because like I said the food is amazing.
First time visitors for an early lunch before a show at WOH. Had a great time. Wide ranging menu, good food and drink and outstanding service provided by Ezra.
It was my third trip there. It was fabulous like the other two times. I had the Ahi Tuna and it was amazing. The bartenders were very pleasant.
Unfortunately we did not get the name of our server however she was also the bartender and she was great! Food was absolutely amazing! Lobster chimis were excellent as an appetizer, Alfredo shrimp was the bomb and the Asian Tuna was excellent!!! Great meal to go with the own brews!!!
saw a great live show for only 5$ at the door. super cheap cover... fast drink bar service with great attitudes, menus & prices... towards the end of the night we ordered food for a full table of 4 and service was fast even with a packed house.. delicious food choices and great prices.. 10/10 would recommend
5 stars. When you go, don't be in a rush, but expect reliably good food. As a regular, I've recieved not great food maybe twice in all the many, many times I have been there. And they always make it right. Try their chili, or nachos, or poutein, or specials. Its all good.
Good food, good drinks & good service. The crab melt with avocado was excellent, as well as the cranberry G&T that I tried. The wait staff was prompt & pleasant. Overall it was a good evening.
Normally would rate better but seems lately to be struggling. Last Friday night went in and had half rack of ribs along with other items. Worst I ever had. Couldn't even cut the meat off the bone let alone have it fall off as supposed to. Worst part was the waitress said she would take it off the bill and didn't, then my wife paid while I was in the rest room. Every place gets a bad meal once in a while, bad service just sucks.
