Great dealership to deal with.
They put a hitch and plug on our truck, they were effecient and finished before we knew it! Nice to deal with and prices were reasonable!
Worst customer service we have ever had. Walked us through the mud and water instead of driving us to the trailer we were looking at. Trailer LQ was non functional due to electric converter being inoperable so we could not check the other LQ appliances, sales person was supposed to call us if/when they could check to see what was working or not working. We have not heard a word back either way. We drove 2 1/2 hours to get poor service. No thanks, we purchased else where.
We have bought 2 trailers from them now and very happy both times!! Love dealing with these guys and we won't go anywhere else.
While my buying experience went ok I was really disappointed in how dirty the used trailers were. There was old hay, trash and even horse poop in them. And even though I admit it is my fault for not checking I was sold a trailer without a break away system. It appears this isn't a requirement in Indiana but it is in my state and is usually a standard safety item.
