My friend has been renting a house from them for almost a year. She has not once been able to sleep a single night in her house because of THE BLACK MOLD THAT IS GROWING THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE HVAC SYSTEM AND BASEMENT. That happened because a pipe was busted due to poor upkeep when vacant due to lazy management.
