5 Star Food. 5 Star employees. Always a pleasure to eat there. It is great to be able to get a delicious lunch and pick up an awesome piece of meat to grill for dinner. Keep it up!
The last butcher shop I visited in Hixson had a VERY unfriendly atmosphere. This place, on other hand, has a much friendlier air. I'll definitely be back :)

Love the lunch specials! The smokestack chicken and kale salad are my favorites.
