First, they listen to what you want. Then, they do everything they can to get you exactly what you want. The fact that they're such enjoyable people just makes the experience all that it should be!

I've dealt with Main Street Jewelers for many years. The contrast between this enterprise and the big jewelry stores is striking: MSJ offers excellent prices; they stand behind their work (which I've found to be extremely professional and top-notch); and they are just nice people who also have integrity. It's a rarity to discover four-star quality in a small town.

Had 2 rings repaired. Both broke within 2 weeks. Had 1 of them repaired again. It broke causing a stone to be lost. Had it repaired a third time with addition of a new stone. New stone does not match old stones. Per the staff my old stones are "abraded". So now I have a ring that needs more work because of their poor repairs. It is scratched where new prongs are and the work took a very long time.
