I had my engagement ring custom designed for me at Main Street Jewelers and I am extremely happy with the results. I get compliments on it everywhere I go! I wanted something that was unique and didn't look like a "normal" ring since my style is very different than most of those. This was a perfect fit and I couldn't be happier with both the ring and the service I received at the store! Every piece that I have purchased from here has been a success story and I look forward to future treasures!
Main Street Jewelers is more than a jewelry store- it's a family. They care more about the person bringing in the jewelry than making a profit. No other jewelry store will unlock their doors and listen to you pour your heart out about a lost ring 10 minutes after closing time. They truly care about their customers and ensure that their services reflect that.
I'm one of the few dissatisfied customers I guess. I brought in an engagement ring for resizing. They took an extra WEEK to do it and it didn't even look like the same diamond when I got it back...so this was about ten years ago, but I still am so unhappy with the service that I haven't been back. It was shortly after another jewelry store in Clayton had closed and I had purchased the engagement ring there before they closed. I took it here to get it resized and it just didn't look the same at all.

i have gotten 2 rings sized here & have LOVED the outcome of both. i have super tiny fingers, so the first ring was gold & i needed it sized from an 8 to a 3.5 & because of the huge size change they even insured my jewel that if it ever fell out they would replace it. the second was my engagement ring & i needed it sized from 5.25 to a 3.5 & just got it today & LOVE it. you can't even tell it's been sized. i would definitely recommend this place!!!
