RecommendedWent in today to get a ring guard/spacer as a temporary fix. The woman working was so kind, checked to make sure it fit right but apologized as it wasn’t how she would typically do it. She refused to take a payment for it, and the rings honestly fit great now. I will be back to get them permanently resized for sure!
I would highly recommend Main Street Jewelers! Their staff is amazing, they listen to what you need or are looking for and put that first and foremost. Whether it is a simple watch battery replacement, a small piece of decorative jewelry, your son buying his first piece for his girlfriend or your husband upgrading your wedding band they treat you just as well and kind no matter the price. Custom pieces are exquisite as well! Stop in to Main Street and you won’t be disappointed.
My daughter decided that my tennis bracelet would make great handcuffs, and when she valiantly "broke out" of them, she literally broke my bracelet into 3 separate pieces. I brought it into Main Street Jewlers filthy, broken, and expecting them to say nothing could be done, or for the cost to be unaffordable. I couldn't have been more wrong. They fixed my bracelet in less than a week for a reasonable price and gave it back in much better condition.
Lets talk serious customer service. I dropped my rings off at 9:30 and by 3:00 they were finished. Great job for a home town business.
Great family business! They care about you and your experience. Have had many experiences with them and they never disappointed. My favorite experience was when they worked with my husband to surprise me with my custom wedding ring! Thank you all!
The shop is beautiful and has lots of different types of jewelry that are very nicely displayed. The owners, Debie and Ed Austermuehle, and the entire staff are there to help you select something new or repair the jewelry you have already!
