By far the best Italian food in all of Austin. It is situated on an old and cute street in Round Rock, inside what use to be a bank. The staff there is always friendly and very professional, and their food has never disappointed me. Their chicken alfredo dish is absolutely amazing, and once again, the best chicken alfredo I've had in Austin. It's such a great high end quality, and very much so worth the price!
Best Italian Food! – This is the perfect place for a date; very romantic setting and amazing food. It's a little expensive, but so worth it. The staff has always been so nice and I've never been disappointed!

grilled ribeye – This is the only thing I eat when I come in, I keep wanting to try other items but this one is way too strong of a meal to chance on something else. everyone is very friendly, sometimes I think about sneaking away for lunch but it can be too long and too rich to go back to work,
Loved this place! – Went to Main Street on a recommendation. What a great surprise. Its super cozy, has the best salad I have ever had, Monicas Salad!!! Wait staff was so friendly and the overall experience felt like a little New York Cafe. We had a great night. Looking forward to coming back soon for Monicas salad!
Don't go here for Valentine's Day – My boyfriend and I went here for Valentine's Day last year and we were really looking forward to it because it was voted Most Romantic in '07. The lighting and candles are romantic but the bar was extremely noisy and took away any possibility of being romantic. It took FOREVER to get our drinks! Overpriced – Just thought I would share that the quality of food does not match up with what I think the general population expects for a $25/plate restaurant. I ordered a steak, with mashed potatoes and asparagus. The steak was good, but everything else was cold. It wasn't as though they were busy - we were the only party in the whole restaurant. 10th anniversery – My husaband and I celebrated our 1st, 2nd, 4th and now our tenth anniversary. Main Street Grill had taken care of everything including my husband's request for rose petals and candles on the table. We were in the vault which is the prefect place for romance and celebration. It was fabulous! A memory for the ages! It couldn't have been any better. claire :)
You have to try the soup! – My husband and I have been to main street grill at least once a month since the first time we went there. Everytime we go the soup is amazing, no matter what kind it is, it's always fantastic!
