Andrea was a thorough and caring hygienist. Nothing but pleased with her. Dr. Butts knows what he's doing and doesn't want to "take you for your money." He's more conservative in his decisions (i.e. not so quick to just charge you for elaborate processes that you don't really need). But he doesn't hesitate to take care of needed problems. Being new to the area, Dr Butts was recommended to me by my neighbor. My first appointment was prompt with no waiting time. His staff was friendly and Dr. Butts was personable and easy to talk to.
