My first vist with dr b was great I would not choose a other dentist the girls at the front desk are very helpfully the people there make you feel right at home !!! I had a great experience and I am going to Continue going to see dr b and rest of crew as well so should you
Went to Avent Ferry Dental for the first time, and the staff was very friendly and professional. The Dentist, Dr Butts ,was very good and he did the work I requested he do and provided an estimate for future recommended work. The price was reasonable and I would definitely recommend this Dental practice.
Dr. Butts and his staff are very patient and kind and they helped Jake through his first tooth extraction! Excellent customer service and care!
I enjoyed meeting everyone at Avent Ferry Dentistry. Dr Butts seem to be very knowledgeable and has a very happy personality. I would recommend this offices search to anyone.
I could get my 6 month; annual; cleaning check up anything I need done here and actually love the experience. They suggested I get a electric tooth brush and suggested a certain brand name that I have trusted anyway for centuries, I just never looked at automatic toothbrushes. My how technology has advanced. This thing does 14,000 strokes a minute and the result is amazing. The only downside is it might limit the need for routine cleanings LOL and that would be counterproductive to my new found love of getting my teeth clea... read more
I had an inflamed tooth and they went above and beyond to help me get the Meds to treat the problem and fit me into their busy schedule to take a look at it. They are closed on Wednesday and I was in a lot of pain from my tooth and the receptionist and dr.butts on their day off got me the Meds I desperately needed to get some relief. I hate dentists and have always had a major phobia of going to the dentist and the work so hard to make me feel comfortable and keep me at ease.
I have been going to this practice for a year now and everyone there has been very capable and very kind. I don't tolerate long waits or any kind of rude behavior from a medical practice and I didn't not run into any of that here. I don't like dentist visits but at Avent Family Practice everyone has been very understanding of my discomfort. Financially they work with you so you can get the care you need.
