My son and I went to Avent Ferry for the first time yesterday and it was a pleasant experience. All of the staff was very courteous, professional and the office was very clean and soothing. It's very convenient and I'm glad I tried them out. Anyone who tends to forget their appointments she go here because you could never forget one here. Dr. Butts is an amazing Dentist. I met him for the first time last Friday, 11/14, and I am now a new patient for life. If you are in need of a Dentist that is knowledgeable, experienced, competent and caring, Dr. B and his staff are highly recommended.
The friendliness of the staff was second to none. Their up to date technology was impressive. They didn't try to do more than was necessary. Like I said, I was very pleased!
I just wanted to say that it was a relief to find Dr.Butts again. He is the perfect example of what a family care dentist should aspire to be!
My wife and I were in on Oct.31. She for routine service, cleaning etc. and I to have my denture needs reviewed. We were patients of DR. Butts at his previous location and are pleased to see that the excellent service we are used to is available at Avent Ferry Family. The location is convenient and the staff is wonderful. congratulations.
When first entering Avent Ferry Family Dentistry the waiting room is beautiful and inviting. The staff is very caring and committed to their patients. Avent Ferry Family Dentistry uses state of the art equipment and procedures for the best experience possible. I have only had one visit and already I feel like part of their family.
Was very impressed with the hygienist's attention to detail and Dr. Butt's concern for my son's teeth. Also, the facility was very clean and organized. We will be back again with my other child soon.
