Dr. Butts is an awesome dentist. He is knowledgeable, friendly and compassionate. He has excellent bed-side manner, but is extremely efficient at what he does. I had 2 teeth pulled a few days ago and not only did he finish in under 10 minutes, I barley bled and wasn't sore after. The hygienist Danielle was very knowledgeable and caring. She checked in with me every time she did something slightly painful. I felt like a person and not a set of teeth with a body attached. Dr. Butts and staff were completely professional and sensitive while caring for my child. They took her on the scheduled time and gave her a thorough check-up and cleaning while explaining everything to her. The office is spotless and has the latest technology. I was very impressed at the high quality service you receive.
My first experience made me a lifer! The care is extremely thorough and the staff is exceptional. The facilities are great too. I would highly recommend this practice.
I went to Dr. Butt for the first time to have a tooth extracted. No matter how many times I've been to a dentist, I'm still nervous and a bit scared. Dr. Butt and his staff were so caring and gentle and within minutes I was back in my car driving away minus one wisdom tooth! And the caring phone call the following day just confirmed that as long as I have teeth, I will be part of the Advent Ferry Dental Group!
Danielle is a very good hygienist. She and Dr. Butts are very passionate about what they do. They love teeth! They make they process very easy and send out plenty of reminders so I won't miss my appointment. Nice front desk staff as well.
Everyone was friendly and very informative. Made me feel very comfortable on my first visit.

Great Experience. All members of office staff are friendly, and very competent . The Dr. Is very thorough, experienced as well as kind and thoughtful. From beginning to end of my visits the sense of of total and caring is the general feel.
