The dentist's are good and my kid like going there. well equipped and good with children. We had set up an appointment a month ago and a day before we got a call asking if we would like to switch our appointment. We DID NOT confirm the switch and insisted to keep our appointment the way it was. They still changed it and had us waiting for about an hour. later when confronted, the lady apologized and but it still was a long wait. specially at these time waiting is horrible. I took my 5 year old son and 7 year old daughter here this morning. I have never been so impressed with a doctor and their staff. They were wonderful and put my children to ease with worries about the dentist. Highly recommend!

They don't let small children's parent accompanied them at the appt.

My daughter has been wearing braces much longer than her proposed treatment plan and there is zero communication between the parents and the staff. Then to top it off we go to our appointment today and we are told the office is permanently closing...as of today. No notice, no communication...nothing. The only options we are given is to transfer care an hour away to tampa or find a new doctor. How convenient that I already paid for the entire treatment plan and now I won’t be receiving it unless I go out if my way and drive a... read more
