We started using Main Street and Dr Traywick about a year and a half ago. They are all incredible. The front desk staff, the techs, and the doctors all go out of their way to be helpful and it's obvious they care about the pets - and their owners! We use them for care and boarding. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a clinic.
The BEST care I have ever received! From the front desk receptionist to Dr. West and his awesome assistant... I was truly impressed with the service I received for my three pups! Did I mention we didn’t have an appointment and they accepted us as walk-ins! My daughter left saying she wants to be a veterinarian!
I love Dr Traywick. He is so awesome with my fur baby boomer. His staff is so friendly and go over the top to be sweet to boomer and I.
The actual veterinarian and vet techs are all awesome but the staff they have at the front desk is some of the rudest people I have ever encountered! Every time I call to inquire about an appointment or boarding they have that "Go Head..." from a McDonald's employee attitude and are very short with you and sound like they don't want to talk to you, and they never state their name so I don't know whose name to complain on. Plus everytime I've gone to pick my lab up from boarding or grooming when I come in they just say "Name?... read more
