Everything was excellent excellent but have to wait to give a better rating car had a nail in the tire which I've already replaced for $350 The flat tire was missing flat inflate kit and owner's manual I'm still waiting for the respond on replacing missing manual inflator kit pending excellent review five star also waiting for the return of garage door opener was left behind in car I traded
Spent two hours trying to just get the price they have advertised without the LoJack theft protect for $990 additional and they wouldn’t take it off until I was leaving but by then I was already too annoyed with their manager so left without buying.

Classic bait-and-switch. They confirmed over the phone that a specific car was available, but when I arrived, they claimed it was 'sold' and immediately pushed more expensive models. On top of that, they lied about credit checks—they promised they wouldn't run a credit report for a cash/check purchase, but they did it anyway. Untrustworthy. Do not believe what they say, inspect everything yourself, and read every line before signing
The vehicle itself was nice and accurate to the description. The financing process wasn't terrible it was to be expected. The price transparency wasn't great. They added on a couple of things that wasn't wanted. I was also curious about another vehicle but they only kept trying to sell me on the more expensive one. Had they actually cared about the customer then they probably would have had a sale. The Internet sales agent Khim was great though.
Overall there's nothing to complain..
One of the best car buying experiences i have ever had. Will definitely be buying other vehicles from them in the future
I drove an 1 hr just to be told it was sold at the dealership even though we talked on the phone

Would not recommend would not honor the advertised price, low balled on the trade in value, vehicle was a mess and had way more miles on it than advertised
