I drove an hour away to buy car and car wasn’t ready. Pictures look like nothing online.

Response was fast. Went to look at a car and it was completely dirty , inside and outside.

Emailed them that I was no longer interested in the car but I keep getting spammed by texts and emails.

Purchased a new Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. All personal that I had contact with at the dealership were excellent.
Never got back to me after the second email, and never told me the car sold.
Brooklyn Chrysler ,Jeep was very professional, considerate, understanding, and patient. Worked hard to make sure I got the vehicle I wanted at a excellent price. It was the best experience I have ever had working with any dealership.

The dealership is nice. They are willing to work with you to get you in a car. This car is well built and fun to drive but up close doesn't fit my personality.
