I spent a few days negotiating a deal and once a deal was offered and I accepted they sold the vehicle from under me.
I contacted about a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk from out of state. I sent them my trade information along with taking pictures of my trade and sending them. I never heard back from them but saw on Cargurus that the vehicle had sold. They could have of at least emailed me stating the vehicle was sold but I was ghosted instead. I won't be doing business with them.

Very helpful and accommodating.
Very unorganized and seemed confused to vehicle where abouts. Car was very dirty. Next visit car was still unkempt and many broken parts on car poor representation of a car with a 20k price point.
slow response time ,sales girl seemed disinterested not sure why? polite friendly maybe she was just really busy ? Might have bought their car if better customer service ?
