Barbour-Hendrick Honda Greenville was recommended by a family member who spoke highly of this dealership. Having dealt with several dealerships in the Goldsboro and Wilson area, we were skeptical since the service in those areas were mediocre. I continue to take all my vehicles to Lia Honda for maintenance and repairs. Greg Palm sat down with me to review any scheduled maintenance due, and checked to see if there were any recall notices. He has been so helpful through the past several years, and that keeps us coming back.

The team at Hendrick Honda was amazing! Andrew Patteson responded quickly, was knowledgeable about the vehicle and made it easy to take a test drive. He gave me a great price on the car and Sharath in finance was quick and efficient with the paperwork and explained the benefit of the service contract and maintenance program and helped me customize my financing to give me the protection I need at a payment that was affordable. I will definitely refer my friends and be back for my next vehicle.
Purchased my car from them during my time in Hawaii and received top notch service each time I went. I really appreciated how the service agents never let me get services I didn't need and didn't take advantage of the fact I know little about cars. In addition to this, once I moved back to mainland I experienced theft of my dealer plates and license plates. I was pretty upset about it but not so much for the plates but my dealership frames.
