When a Pilot was delivered that we wanted, the salesman contacted us to discuss and we agreed on price and trade-in. Stopped in and found a reasonably priced, great shape Toyota in their used department. This was on a Monday. Made the deposit, and part of that agreement was a promise made by the salesman it would be wrapped up and delivered by Friday the same week. He indicated a short service check was necessary. I HAD to have a vehicle in order to work a job which required travel. I made this very clear, probably 10 times. Recent visit for service, and very helpful technician Jesse Robles, was excellent. A bit more than I had expected (repairs) but Jesse explained very clearly what was necessary.
Absolutely worst car dealership you can ever come across. no customer service what so ever. rates are 10times higher than market prices and the quality of the works is the worst you can get. Totally Avoid it. This was my 4th Honda lease but first from this dealership, hard to even explain how poor the overall experience has been. I had my maintenance contract covering oil changes and regular maintenance- but they would not honor it anymore (as they changed their ownership on paper to screw the customers).
